Description

Requests for use of the studio should be made at least 2 days before the time you will need it. Same day requests may be granted but are not guaranteed. All requests are pending until approved by a library employee.

First time users must complete a brief orientation to the studio. See the section on "Orientations" on the main webpage for the Media Production Studio to sign up for an orientation. If you have already completed the orientation, you will be on the list of approved users and you will not need to complete it again.

Health and Safety Guidelines of the university should be followed as much as possible within the studio. Users sharing the space at the same time must agree with each other about their level of acceptable risk if masks will be removed in order to record. All users should clean and sanitze microphones and other equipment they will touch before getting started.
